Omega conference was an awesome and enlightening journey into letting your heart be open and full. In this day of so much financial uncertainty it is important to remember that the best things in life cannot be bought with money. Gifts can be given and received by acts of human kindness, consideration to others and by just opening up your heart to give and receive the goodness that does exsist in people. Shiva Rea is like an effervescent ray of light that touches all around her. If you are ever lucky enough to be in her presence I hope you will walk away with the same glow from the aura she gives off from her words and her practice.

blossom at any age

I was never really sure what I wanted to accomplish out of my life with the exception of being a wife and a mother as well as a loyal friend surrounded by good people. Through my yoga practice the last 4 years a lot of things have risen to the surface. with each breath I take I am truly inspired by all that life has to offer. I learned to cultivate great relationships, try not to be disappointed in those I thought were true people and I learned that I can and will continue to blossom as a person. when it is said that a person who believes in themself can know no limitations it holds very true.
